The proposed partnership model

If we agree, we work together as partners in the business. Ownership of source code developed by the technical party, and management of the technical infrastructure and databases, remain with Dr Taha Albalasmeh / the technical party.

Ownership shares, usage rights, responsibilities, permissions, costs and exit arrangements are set out in writing before work begins, while respecting data subjects’ rights.

Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of it or rights to your materials, and does not create a partnership agreement. You can include questions about the model in your application.
